PARKING AT BLUE

Hotel Blue has its own private enclosed parking lot at the rear of the property. Parking is available by day and part of the day.

Blue is an official Tesla charging station. We have 4 charging poles, please indicate in advance if you want a parking space with charging point. Use your own charging card to charge your car. Reservation is necessary.

Gift voucher

Gift vouchers from Blue make great presents. The gift vouchers are available from the reception desk at Blue. The gift voucher does not have to be spent in one go.

After using the gift voucher for the first time it remains valid for up to 2 years. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of loss or theft, the gift voucher cannot be replaced.

Cancellation conditions hotel and restaurant

Cancellation of your reservation may only be made by email: info@blue-nijmegen.nl. All agreements entered into by us are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). The UVH is binding for anyone using our services. If you cancel your hotel reservation prior to 12 noon on the (first) day of arrival on the effective date, you do not have to pay a cancellation fee. If you cancel on that date after 12 noon, you are required to pay the full amount of the reservation. In the event of a no-show you are also required to pay 100% of the reservation value.

Smoking

The entire hotel is non-smoking. On the balconies may exceptionally be smoked, under strict condition that no smells, butts or other remains remain in the room.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the entire hotel, with the exception of our outdoor terraces. Of course we will make an exception for recognizable assistance dogs

Elevator

There is an passenger elevator in Blue that can reach all the floors. Except room 101, 301 and the long stay apartment they are not reachable without the use of stairs.

Accessibility for disabled people

Blue has partial disabled access. The rear entrance has a level floor.

Our bar and Brasserie MANNA are accessible to disabled people. A disabled toilet is located on the ground floor. The rooms have no facilities for the disabled.

24-hour service

Our hotel has 24-hour service. As a guest, you may access Blue 24 hours a day. At night however the entrance is locked for our guests’ safety. The night-porter will admit you when you ring the bell. On the day of your reservation, your room is ready for check-in from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier you may leave your luggage with us. We will then store it for you in a secure area.

We prefer chip and PIN payments. For credit card payments we accept Eurocard MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, American Express and Union Pay.
